I always put warm water in the part for flossing but the water feels very cold when it goes into my mouth. Does anyone else have that problem? null

I use hot water and that seems to solve my problem. I do find this new Brush/Flosser design to be very inferior to the older style, the Water-Pic design. I kept my old one and use it now rather than the new one. So disappointed in this new style. For a small mouth, the Water Pic is much more effective. After brushing/flossing with the "Infusion" I used my old Water Pic and still found food particles that had not been flushed out with the Water Pic Infusion. When I can afford it, I will purchase the design with both a Pic and a flosser brush.

Since my water ionizing filter requires cool water, I have to put my acid water in my hot shot for a little warm up before pouring the water into the WATERPIK carafe. Like you, my teeth are sensitive to cold.

the pressure of the water flosser intensifies the feeling so just add warmer water slowly (dont burn yourself by using full hot water)

I do the same thing and have noticed the brief burst of cool water. I think the hose still has residual water from the previous use.
Empty the tank, remove it from the base, and turn on the "floss" function for 1-2 seconds. This should purge the water, (and possibly prevent bacteria?)

I noticed the same thing, but since I’ve only owned mine for a week, I am playing with the water temperature. Right now I am using nearly hot water and it does feel better when it first goes in your mouth. I do not think it’s a problem. I actually suspect that the water pic holds a certain amount of water in the pump that naturally would be room temperature, and it takes probably 10 seconds for the new hotter water that you have added to enter the pump. Notice that the temperature in your mouth feels warmer after about 10 seconds? That is my guess on the reason that we feel the water is cold. 

One thing I will try is to run the floss 5 to 10 seconds in the sink before putting it in a mouth to see if that warms the water about letting the warmer water fill up the pump.
