• Yes, it is compatible with all modern Windows operating systems, including Windows 10. The big question is, what is the interface in your computer? Is it SATA? It needs to be in order to hook up to this drive. If it is IDE, it won't work with this drive. Note the included pictures. One of them shows the difference between a SATA cable and an IDE cable. You can also tell if a computer motherboard uses IDE if the only power cables in the case are the old style Molex (big white plastic things with big pins in them) connectors.
