Please try again later.Most WD drives come with a 3 year factory warranty.. start of warranty period is the manufacturing date on the drive.. so it its old stock and over 3 years old then NO the warranty long since expired Should it fail you will have to go to the WD site and register and input the serial # of the failed drive it will then pop up weather the drive will be warranted, if it is then you apply for an RMA.. return material authorization.. print it out and mail the drive back and they will ship a new one
