Depends on how you backed everything up. If you used time machine then yes it will delete the pictures on the drive. If you just copied them over, then no it will not delete them on the computer

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To be honest I haven't Uploaded any pictures so my best answer is to download them on the external hard drive you bought and plug it into another computer to se if the pictures up loaded correctly before you delete it off your Mac
