I lucked out big time. I was on website at 12:00 sharp and purchased the 8TB and 4 TB and decided not to look at anything else and at 12:01 the site crashed for me. I heard much later that if you checked in as guest you got thru easily. Try to complain nicely. I asked to have a special sale for Elite and Elite Plus members but have not heard back. Tried to get 4K movies but they were stuck in cart and when site worked most were sold out.

I was quite upset at the Thanksgiving elite sale. At 12:02 the site crashed and you could not get into cart. I found out that if you checked in with your name it froze but if you checked in as guest everything worked fine. Most everything was sold out by then. They had this drive about 2 weeks later on the daily deal for the same price. Elite and Elite plus members should get a special sale after Christmas by invitation only for the online fiasco.!!!! Let them know.
