Yes, as long as there is only one switch controlling both lights. Two way switches in which you have two switches controlling the same light(s) will not work with these.

Yes, as long the set of lights are controlled with only one light switch. The wemo light switches cannot control a three-way switch (two switches control one set of lights). I am using these switches to control the two lights outside my garage right now.

The WEMO Light Switch can manage multiple lights in a series connection but it does not support 3-way switching.

Yes it will work. I have 6 kitchen ceiling lights connected to this switch.
