the plug is rated for 120 volts 15 amps,/1800 watts so it is possible to do so. I'd not to personally run 15 amps thru an extension cord, but that would be an awful lot of lamps and chargers anyway

Safe to say that it will carry 15amps max. That would be pushing the limit of the home outlet and breaker as well. Do the math on all the amps each appliance will require and only use up to 12amps and you should be ok.

With what you are describing you should be fine, below are the specs for power. With lamps I would switch the bulbs to LED (love the homedepot brand) just to save money on electric.

Short answer is yes. I have a strip that I plugged into my WEMO Mini. The strip however is only a strip. Power consumption is based on devices not the strip. If you have a few lights, a radio and a few other low power consumption items it will be fine. If your devices use a lot of power then you may want to avoid using more than one on the WEMO.

I would not use this with an extension cord. This device only handles 15amps and having multiple devices running off this is not a good idea plus l’m not a fan of the “in home” extension cords. I guess it’s the fireman in me. Buy more plugs and stay safe!

just call wemo tech support these people are great and can answer all of your questions, while these wemo can handle a large load they recommend that you not use extension cords. these are meant turn on one device at a time. again check with wemo
