- Answer Been having the same issues, try holding Dow the start button for 20sec… That’s what I have been doing but I think I might need to get a different brand washer because this was a waste of money!

- Answer Do you have hard water? If so, it could have affected your control board functionality. I had a whirlpool repair guy out for the same reason and he fixed it rather quickly. He recommended a water filter.
