how do you get help if a brand new washer will not start? i powered it off and on and unplugged it and plugged back in. if i push start i get the done light blinking constantly. thanks. null

I am having the same issue. This is the worst washing machine I have ever owned. When I choose a cycle that has a 30 minute soak, which I don’t usually want to do, it goes to sleep and sits with the clothes soaking in water and there is no activity or movement, then several hours later, it MAY start the wash, after it drains the soak water AND detergent. Then it finishes the wash with just water. The controls suck, to say the least.

Make sure you hold down on the start button until all 4 lights light up.  Then let go and it should start.  Unless there is a problem with your machine.  Hope this helps!
