A:AnswerIt has a delicate cycle, but no ultra delicate. However, I don't think ultra delicate is necessary. I have a TON of LulaRoe clothing and have to wash it on delicate. I have had no problems and absolutely LOVE this washer!
A:AnswerOnce you hold the start button, the light lid locked comes on. In order to unlock in the middle of the wash, someone could hit the pause button. This unlocks it.

A:AnswerThe washer does make many odd noises, which is normal since it has no agitator. Make sure you are placing the items around the spinning plate inside and not covering it up. Also, you can change the spin speed for heavier items like jeans.
A:AnswerAfter we got our washer tyrns out the drain pipe in the house for the washer was broken so all the water went into the basement. Had maintence guy come in and fix it. After he was done i did lau dry but it would fill up. After about 5 minutea of noticing, i had to u screw the hot and cold water knobs so water could come through. Hopefully thats all thats wrong in your case too.
