“We purchased this washer not even 4 months ago. The washer started making a noise like the spin cycle is going out. We only put small loads in when using. Is there anything we may be doing wrong? We had 3 pair jeans in the cycle. They didn't spin out !”

The washer does make many odd noises, which is normal since it has no agitator. Make sure you are placing the items around the spinning plate inside and not covering it up. Also, you can change the spin speed for heavier items like jeans.
