Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it comes with an adhesive 3m tape on camera. It rotates front to back 360 degrees. But not left or right. One thing you may like to know: If you have a Galaxy note 3, the app constantly fails on you when trying to change settings or watch footage. Customer support has no way of fixing that. It's a bit frustrating when you spend that amount of money on the unit. My buddy has an iPhone and it works on his phone though. Over all decent setup besides app bugs.
