- Answer Hi Mona! This rear-view camera is an accessory specific to the Thinkware F750 and X500 dash cams, so the dash cam is required for the rear-view camera to be used. Although customers have used the rear-view perspective on the X500 LCD display for parking assistance, the rear-view camera was not made for the purpose. This product is available at Best Buy online and the Geek Squad representatives will be happy to provide installation services. QuestionHi, Is this camera has a loop mood and how long is the longest one? Does it have the "lock" function which could capture the video I need to save for the Court evidence? There are no photos how the camera is mounting?

- Answer It does run on a loop system and will keep the recording till it is recorded over. It would depend on how much recording you do. The thing I like is if your vehicle is bumped the camera will save the footage of the area 15 seconds before the bump and also verbal recordings outside and inside the vehicle. It does not save any recordings unless the vehicle is hit/bumped. At least that was what I was told by the installer. You can capture the data audio and video to use in court. I have an SUV and the camera is mounted back from the rear glass it looks good and is hard to see the unit. It would be best to have it installed by them unless you have some time and skill to make it look good in the vehicle.

- Answer Hi there! Another way to access footage is inserting the MicroSD to your computer and then review/save footage on there. Critical footage are also saved on the internal memory of the dash cam thanks to a proprietary feature called "Dual Save Technology". - Answer Hi there, Please note that this particular item is a rear-camera and needs to be used with either a F750 or X500 to operate. For parking surveillance mode as well, we highly recommend hardwiring the dash cam to your vehicle's fuse box to ensure that the dash cam can detect any unwarranted activity while you're away from the vehicle. If the camera detects and records the unwarranted activity, the video file can certainly act as proof to support your claims. - Answer Hi there. For dual channel dash cams like the F750 and X500, users can only add one camera accessory to each front model. If you would like a 360 degree set up, you would need two separate dual channel systems. Please also consider that a 360 degree set up are likely to require two different power sources. - Answer You can disconnect the microUSB and plug it into the tv if you wanted to. You can connect to your phone easily and download the video then play from phone to tv if you have Apple TV or something similar.

- Answer Hi Karl! The rear-view camera itself is compatible with the F770. However, the cable provided for this accessory is not 100% compatible. While the cable will supply power to the rear-view camera, the adapter will not allow the cover for the outlet compartment to properly close. For a rear-view camera accessory and cable that is 100% adapter with the F770, please look specifically for the F770 rear-view camera. - Answer The camera turns on the mounting bracket of the rear camera. I would suggest mounting the rear camera to the molding around the window. I secured my wire behind the weather molding and the double sided tape holds it well. Good luck, it's a great camera.

- Answer Hi there. The F750 nor its rear-view camera accessory has a night vision feature. However, they both do have a processor for image correction that works well in low light environments. - Answer it would depend on your skill level, they had to remove part of my dash to get the wires hooked up. You can not tell that a camera is in the vehicle no wires show. I would not have been able to do the job as well as they did.

- Answer My windows have a heavy tint and the camera records fine, it is a little harder to see at night because of the lights shining into the camera face but it still does a good job.
