it would depend on your skill level, they had to remove part of my dash to get the wires hooked up. You can not tell that a camera is in the vehicle no wires show. I would not have been able to do the job as well as they did.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is a relatively simple installation. The difficult part is mostly running wires and finding a good place to tuck excess wires. I would highly recommend getting at least 2 'ADD A FUSE' dongles so that you can tap some fuses in your fuse box so you don't have to clip/splice/wrap wires around wires and fuses. I'm not super mechanically inclined or an experienced electrician by any means and I was able to do it within 20 minutes while taking my time to make sure it was done right. Professional installation is not necessary. Unless you're just not comfortable with pulling panels on your car AT ALL.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there! The simple installation process of the rear-view camera can be seen here: http://bit.ly/1DPazHP. Professional installation is not typically required, but can be certainly considered for a hassle-free experience. We hope this helps!
