I do not believe that it's possible to put it on a convertible because of all the wiring and the fact that it would require more to let it got pulled down and away with that top. Also I feel that the camera wouldn't be resting properly and could break, sorry for the bad news, I just don't think I would risk it since the rear camera is $100 dollars.
