A:AnswerE arc hooked up to tv from reciever best sound. Optical cable second best both easybplug and play. Good quality hdmi cable all unneed proably 4-6 feet. Measure how far it will be for reciever and rv distance.
A:AnswerIt depends on the total length of wire neded from the receiver to the rear speakers. I personally would replace the 24-2 with at least a 16-2 or 14-2. Like mentioned before that would depend on the length.
A:AnswerAs long as they are connected with standard speaker wire, I cannot see any problem in using them. I agree, they are light. I have not noticed any problems with them though. My previous system had rear channel surround speakers that were smaller but, heavier than these but, the sound coming from them was lesser than the Yamaha. Go figure. I guess you can’t judge a speaker by its weight. Lol.
A:AnswerYes, if you have hdmi arc and configure the tv to use the 2-way audio. Where depends on brand and model. I have a sharp and needed a YouTube to setup but works fine.
A:AnswerIt has a compensator for the sound leveling, yes. I’m currently not using it though. You have to realize that sound levels will and should change but, when you use it to level out things like commercials, you will not get the full sound experience of things like movies or music.
A:AnswerIt has rca inputs in the back for older styles of audio and video sources. I’m sure they would work. There’s also a way to change the names of the sources in the interface via remote with the receiver connected to your tv. You can rename all the inputs as long as you have it connected to your tv via HDMI.
