“Hey I'm interested in an affordable cam system all for inside my apt. Bottom floor windows to view outside and how is it installed? Does it get screwed into the window sil or an adhesive stick on can do it? How is it installed if I order two of these cams”

The camera comes with mounting screws. No adhesive tape. The camera has some weight to it, so you would need some strong tape. You can only monitor these using your phone/tablet app. If you want motion detection to record video, these cameras are not what you want. The app is lacking.
