A: No. We can't guarantee it would fit since it has not been tested with this model.

A: According to the Apple website, which also sells this device, the entire iPhone 12 lineup (Standard, Mini, Pro, Pro Max) are all supported devices. Hope this helps.

A: It doesn't do that unless you manually shake it or happen to be having a seizure.

A: No there is a ribbon cable that spans between both sides of the controller that runs behind the iPhone.

A: No. The Razer Kishi for iPhone is only compatible to iPhone 6+, 6s+, 7+, 8+, iPhone X, XR, XS, XS Max, iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, iPhone 12, 12 Pro, and 12 Pro Max.
