Very nice. But totally missed that it does NOT come with a keyboard, as shown. We sent it back.

Smooth, fast, easy to use and great battery life. Great for school and enhances learning retention with the ability to "write" on the screen.

I got this tablet because it was the more affordable of the snapdragon x elite models. I knew I would need a new SSD for what I planned to do with it. Microsoft has made it super easy to access your SSD so you can upgrade it. you would think by doing that they would make sure that the tablet was able to run any major brand SSD which is not the case. I got a WD 2TB at the store while I got the tablet. Once installed I had constant shut downs at random times, blue screens, and other issues. I would not call myself a professional with PC repair but im also not novice either I build my own PCs and never had issues. As it turns out Microsoft tablets cant accept the higher end WD 2TB SSDs because they use too much power. I tried changing settings and fixing that issue that way but it did not matter the issue was still there. I tried as much research as I could and basically the only answer was to use another brand SSD. I ended up selling the tablet with the original 512gb ssd back in it to a friend. You would think a company as large as Microsoft would assure their computer would accept any major brand SSD without issue. If these no name off brand computers and tablets, and even my Rog Ally can run them just fine this should. I do not recommend if you are planning on upgrading. pro side of things, the screen is amazing on these things and the Snapdragon x elite did a great job running adobe programs and affinity programs without issue. I used Davinci resolve as well but just briefly because of the issues I had

I am a macbook user but I bought this for my work which I need Windows and I must say it is really good. Easy to use and has way more options than Macbook

I love my MS tablet. I have been buying these tablets for over 10 years. They are portable and convenient for any use from, school, business, emails and just chilling and watching movies.

It's great for travel and boots up quickly. A bit heavy when compared to my Lenovo Yoga 9i but it's a great unit!

This laptop was soooo good! If you have the money to pay for it, then I’d totally recommend. But, if you don’t have the money to pay for it AND the keyboard AND the stylus, then you shouldn’t get it. Overall it is very easy and fast to use.

My son likes the portability and long-lasting battery. I like the display. I only wish the keyboard came with the device at the price.

The service was excellent both on purchasing and setting up. The sales people were helpful and patient. I appreciate all the help I received.

This machine does everything I want it too. I particularly live its screen clarity and speed.

Had this product for a couple months then traded it in. It was great but not what I was looking for. I often sit on the couch while doing homework and with the screen not being able to stand alone it was inconvenient.

I had my 1st surface 3 for the past 6 yrs. Just started giving me problems and decided to upgrade. The surface 11 has been amazing. Everything about it is better.

This is a great machine to run all your daily needs. I was even able to run some heavy graphic games as well and it worked with no issues. This is sleek and cool with minimal weight to carry. The battery lasts entire day 9+ hrs... Runs all the apps. U need to have a separate keyboard setup if you want to be more productive. The boot up is quick in less than 30 secs. Coming to the pricing I got a sweet deal from BB.. was on a good discount and also the in-store person helped me with additional information on getting BB credit card which helped in reducing price further. Overall great machine and happy with purchase

I bought this computer small for my daughter who is going to college she likes it because its lightweight and small. Also easy to take notes with the pen

Great feel and works without issues. Very easy to also upgrade after to 11 Pro that i needed. No problem with performance at all - very satisfied!
