I suspect it's a one off problem and I just happened to have gotten a faulty one that fell through a crack in the quality assurance process. Thankfully, best buy protection plan kicked in and I wa able to return it for a different brand.

He is going to college in the fall. He loves it. Has it all set up with his classes. Quite quick and a great screen. Expensive, if you can afford it, from what he tells me, a great computer for college.

I could not get the Brothers software to load and had to use basic Windows 11 drivers. Also the Acronis True Image and Cyber protect software would not load. I did contact tech support from both companies and they do not support Snapdragon and no idea if they will or what the time frame would be. Kind of disappointing since I previously owned a surface pro 7 but Intel based.
