A good protection Plan is a must have when purchasing certain products.

dont like them. they allways want to fix but not knolageable. need more training.

Watch the small print. You are not getting accident insurance on TVs.

Unless you have little kids you do not need a warranty on a $100 TV.

if bestbuy sells you a broken tv this is usless, make sure you try and buy

So glad I bought this service two years ago. My television started to have some lines appear. I called and got connected with a rep that assisted me in resolution. Since my TV was no longer available, they offered a full refund or to apply it to an upgraded television. Of course I chose to upgrade. They came and picked up my old television and brought me my new one. Since this great experience, I will always buy my expensive electronics from Best Buy and spend the extra money for this type of service. Thanks, Geek Squad.
