Have a use it just got the protection if I need it would recommend the plan

Every time I have to call the Geek Squad on a warranty issue I have a hassle. When my Sony TV died after only two years, I was told I would only be given current market value of $1080 for my $1700 TV. Also, that I would not get delivery and installation and as usual I was told I am out of the service area (even though that doesn’t seem to matter when they are selling you the TV and warranty). Lucky for me the store manager agreed that this was ridiculous and got me a replacement TV of equal value and had it delivered and installed. It’s too bad I can’t devide my review into two parts. 1 Star for the terrible Geek Squad phone customer service and five stars for the store manager!

Hopefully I won’t have to use it but it’s safer to have than not having it.

Never buy a product from Best Buy without a protection plan! Well worth every cent!

The protection plan is a great choice when purchasing more expensive electronics. Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

I have not purchased the protection in the past and regret not doing it. I purchased it this time because I had got it for another product and I liked how they applied it and gave me a new product as they were not able to fix it.

Purchasing this from n the past has been a blessing. Technology is great when it works, but not always with flaws.

I recently called the Geek Squad and they set up an appointment to come to my home. They called before arrival, very knowledgeable and did some adjustments on my 82” LG tv…. Problem solved.

Best buy extended warranty’s are straight forward and easy to use when something breaks.

delivery was on time....is a great tv.......best bang for the buck....period...

I don't always purchase extended warranties, but felt it was necessary with this purchase of a tv and the cost. Gives me a sense of peace knowing that I am protected for 5 years.

We just started it but i have used it before. Nice price.
