Never had issue like other big box store give you.

Depending upon the item, it makes sense to have some coverage beyond the manufacture warranty.

When replacement parts are needed that are included in the protection plan. You must order yourself and send them all necessary information to receive a reimbursement. Very convoluted process for a simple fix. Needs optimizing.

Do not buy it! Again DO NOT BUY it. This is probably my last purchase on BestBuy. I will go spend my money somewhere else. I spent over $6000 in a week. I bought 4 LG TVs for my restaurant. Remodeling was not finished on the date as we planned. So I didn't even open the boxes for 2 weeks, because my dining room was not ready for the TVs. One of the Tvs came out of the box with a cracked screen! The other 3 are just fine! I called local BestBuy, they said they can't help because it's been over 2 weeks since I bought it. They asked me to call LG customer service. I called LG customer service, they won't fix the TV because it is an external issue, it is not an internal issue. Geek Squad won't fix it. LG customer service won't fix it. I have a broken TV with all the extra warranties and no one would like to help because I didn't get to open the TV box for 2 weeks. Terrible customer service so far on both sides. LG and BestBuy as well. I should have ordered the TVs from somewhere else. If no one helps me out, I know where to take my business next time.

Pretty got tv but the sound is very low ur going to have to get some kind of sound bar or a surround sound

Loved TV set... easy to set up, remote control is easy to navigate and colors are greatly vivid
