Can't go wrong with service plan in this day and age.

The agents are very knowledgeable in their products and service. I am very please.

Never buy products without protecting them. You just never know. The peace of my no is worth the small amount it costs.

Some time they help with fixing my stuff and other times they said can’t fix my Apple Watch SE and so had to buy another one

There is damage on the laptop that I did not notice until some time after the return window. I went in last week and was offered a smaller screened laptop due to the price of the more comparable one costing more. I cannot wait for repair as I’m in school now, I offered to come back when they had another sale on the other laptop. This week was a la or day sale. I went in to exchange it, as that’s what offered less than 7 days prior. They refused to exchange it. Told me to come back during school break around Christmas. This coverage alone was $795, and I have wasted so much time and dealt with disgusting behavior from a store rep who did everything to refuse exchanging my laptop. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING ELSE from best buy!

Typical stuff haven't needed it yet. Insurance may not need.

The warranty is good to have if something happens to it. Good thing I have not had to use it.

so far I have not needed to use the extended warranty.

These services are ok. The people do good work but it's not really worth the money.

Hopefully I will never need the extended warranty
