Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

In love with the sound bar. The bass is amazing. I have it for my bedroom, bass shakes the whole room even on a low volume.

This "insurance" plan is a definite must have, especially if you are not especially tech savvy. I have used it numerous times and it provides peace of mind and is reassuring to know that any problem(s) I encounter with tech issues will be handled in an efficient and thorough way.

Worth it to get for insuring your more expensive purchases. Every time I ever had an issue with one of my electronics geek squad was incredibly helpful and fixed the problem.

Great website to order from and had no issues buying or picking up. Also have had no issues setting up myself.

Can’t really say much but I do know they honor their service and they do get things fixed. If they don’t they will replace a new item so I can say the service is.

Its always been worth getting the warranty because you never know when things will break

The extended warranty is always a good idea especially when you are dealing with expensive electronics which is all of them, I always get the extended warranty and it has saved me several times, I've had many items that have stood the test of time but with any mass produced products there are always a few issues, most of them are fine but if I end up with a flawed iten the extended warranty means I don't need to worry.

Usually I stay away from warranties; however, Geek Squad warranties are the exception. Highly recommend spending the coin if you are buying something expensive.

I received excellent service from the Geek Squad as they brought the new TV that I had purchased and installed it for me. They also asked me if I had an questions about the operation of it so that they could explain. Everything I wondered about they did explain. And if any other questions arise I know I can call them up to get the answer. They are always courteous and helpful.

I haven't needed to contact the geek squad yet, but having the coverage at a very good price is comforting.

Protects my electronics and if they can't repair they replace. Love it
