The geek squad know what they are doing and getting the extra protection plan is highly recommended in my book. I was working on my laptop on day, leaned over to grab something and it dropped out of my lap. The screen cracked on it, fortunately we purchased this extra layer of protection, took the laptop to the store and they fixed it right up. Great customer service.

This service is a must when you buy a BIG tv. They will pick it up and bring you a new one Mine is 100” and heavy

I buy from Best Buy even if I have to pay a little more because of their protection plan. I feel more at ease with the geeks than alot of the other retailers, plus the product normally outlast the warranty, but I get it just in case for big ticket items.

Great great great cover for safety never be an extra

My nephew took it out and assembled it with no trouble at all. I bought the warrany for my peace of mind. It was my first time purchasing a tv with these capabilities and wanted to be sure I got good performance from it.

I bought this for an open box TV, but I have returned the TV and never used this.

Like the added coverage just in case something happens at a low cost

Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

Great protection love it I had this protection with a previous TV and they replaced it with no problem. Excellent service.

I love geek service, but i dont think I needed it for my lg g3 tv. So i canceled it

I always get geek squad for my expensive electronics just for peace of mind. The tv broke and they came out to see what they could do. Tv wasn’t able to be fixed so what I paid for it could be applied for the next tv. And of course got geek squad to cover my new tv.

The TV is put in a box without adequate protection. FedEx damaged the box and the TV inside. I called Best Buy and they gladly replaced the item. However, I had to return the broken one which I told them that I couldn’t do alone since I have back problems and live in a high floor in the middle of NYC. So Best Buy made arrangements for a UPS driver to come to my place and pick up the broken TV. A UPS driver came to pick up the TV and neither bought the labels nor scanned it so now I’m stuck with having to pay for garbage. It’s been 3 days and the UPS system now reads that there was an attempted delivery to bring the labels even though the TV was already picked up. Unbelievable!

Geek squad, ah, the Best Buy nerds, but don't downplay them, they know their stuff and are easiest to work with over other big box stores. Great peace of mind at a low price!

ALWAYS WISE to get this service. Wonderful TV , size, shape, excellent definition, light in weight, fits anywhere, PERFECT for a small place!

Good nice service trust Best Buy for couple of years

The geek squad was called out our vacation camping area to diagnose and solve a problem that I was having getting my newly purchased television connected up in my Airstream trailer. They showed up and within approximately 30 minutes they had my TV hooked up and we’re out of there. These technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Robert w. & Sandee Ott

So far after 2 + months there has been no need for Geek Squad service.
