    The worst experience I have ever had with a best buy service. Do not buy this for your TV it literally covers nothing. The person I dealt with when trying to get a repair was straight up rude and unwilling to offer any solution. Save yourself the headache and money. Buy your TV somewhere else. A place with a protection plan that will actually protect your purchase.

    Geek is only to stole your money that’s it. I purchased 2 geek protection and in both situation I have to buy a new product. Totally waste of money. Never ever going to spend my money on geek or Best Buy.

    Customer service finds ways to Not allow customers to use this paid service. You speak to foreigners who don’t speak English and require you to speak repetitive. Claims that they don’t see the repair plan yet receipt shows that I paid for the plan

    They do not cover what you think they will. Also God forbid you need to get a refund for a service plan its like pulling teeth. So If you buy a 3,000 TV dont waist you money on the service plan they won't cover it.

    Bought a tv with the warranty for peace of mind Best Buy had meon wait for 20 minutes to have me call the manufacturer who was closed to wait of the phone another who knows how long to get back with geek squad

    I bought a 55" TV and I purchased a 2 year EXTENDED WARRANTY with the purchase. The TV literally failed about 10PM on the day the last day of the warranty, 2 years later. I promptly called the next morning and NO, they WOULD NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. In the past two years, I having bought two iMac's, two monitors, this TV and I have annually renewing subscriptions through BestBuy, I will change where I make purchases and cancel my renewing subscriptions.
