I ran into a little problem with my gift certificates all of a sudden I'm missing 20 in certificates but rob sales manager told me not to worry he'll give me the 20 off next store visit

Had an issue with sound and remote set up for TV. Geek squad came promptly and fixed the problem with no charge as it was within 60 days of purchase.
