I bought this coverage to protect one of my most expensive purchases.

I've learned a long time ago to always purchase a warranty or service protection plan. It's a pain to pay the extra money, but saves you a migraine in repair costs in the long run.

Service is great if you happen to need, I didn’t get much use of it this time around.

I really enjoy having GEEK SQUAD services because they are always available, willing to help and assist.

I never buy anything at Best Buy without the Geek Squad protection. They take care of business .

I went ahead and purchased the his added warranty to protect my investment. ( Murphys Law - if I did not purchase this added warranty something will go wrong )

The Geek Squad is great, they have helped so much. I felt they'll laugh at me but they were fantastic,I'll keep them.

Havent used this service yet but its always good to have. On any electronic you purchase just in case.

They do well at geek squad and fulfill their mission. I refer my friends and family to them regularly.

They'll give you a schpeel about how it covers MORE than what the manufacturer warranty covers, but it doesn't really. And you're paying for something you can't use. In my case, I paid for something I originally declined, but was talked into because I was promised it was added onto the end of the manufacturer's warranty, which was appealing. Only it didn't and I paid for something I never needed or wanted and when I needed it, it wasn't any good. To make it better, I tried to talk to them about a refund, and instead the customer "service" guy put me on hold for 1.5 HOURS and disconnected me. I called from my cell to see if someone could come back to the land line I was holding on and THEY put me BACK on hold for another HOUR before disconnecting me. So obviously, not impressed with the service or the product. No wonder they can't compete with Amazon or Walmart.

Must have, well you should if you purchase Big $ items

The geek squad will fix it or replace it or give me store credit if something goes wrong. This is important to me.

Excellent in case it brakes or you don't like the item you can return the item with ease or you need your money back

Not disappointed at all. Ui is weird for my liking but good quality.

We purchased 4 appliances and this plan saved us money with the removal of old and installation of new.
