Never used the protection just was good to have just in case and also gave to a friend and say he glad it’s protected

I recommend this warranty service offered by Best Buy when you buy products that are expensive.

It helps to have and to know I have coverage in protecting my purchases.

I picked up the warranty from best buy and it is at a good price. When it came to buying my tv and being in good hands if something goes wrong best got me covered.

This is a good deal...but I would not recommend using the Geek Squad.

They fixed my issue with no hassle. Other companies should be this pain free to deal with.

The cost was so low that adding on the 5 year geek squad protection plan was a no brainer.

I have not needed to use this yet and hopefully I won’t need to because of product quality

if you ever have any problems whatsoever they will take care of it, and they do excellent work.

I'd rather have it and not need than need it and not have it. So far haven't needed it thankfully.
