Sounds like 5.1 surround. DTS sound is amazing. Subwoofer is ok too.

Ordered TV, soundbar, mounts, insurance the whole thing from Best Buy. Best Buy sent multiple alerts for delivery and install between 7:00am and 7:00pm. Around 4:00pm I called just to make sure what time technician was arriving. Geek squad customer service said hold on. Then they called a third party installer. That installer said actually now our guy not available and we have (without checking with me) rescheduled to a completely random day. Spent an hour on phone trying to sort this out to confirm a new date (btw no apologies given by anybody despite a massive inconvenience). After “confirming” new date, Best Buy sent a text with the “new” date that is not the date they said on the phone. Be very careful- Best Buy just outsources installation to cheapest local contractors which are hit or miss and Best Buy does not take responsibility on scheduling matters. You are much better off installing yourself or hiring somebody on your own.

Sound and bass is okay. My bose soundbar and subwoofer is still superior in my opinion, but you do get what you pay for. Got it on a sale price of $600 so not bad. Easy to set up no need for manual. Product came in a ridiculously huge box so be aware if picking it up!

I never had a problem with a Best Buy product before, but be careful with deals that sound too good to be true for Black Friday. I ordered the soundbar on November 23, 2023 and received it on November 27, 2023. The subwoofer which connects to the soundbar by blue tooth would not connect. I called Samsung figuring it was under waranty. I was told by Samsung that the warranty expired on August 23, 2023 and I would have to pay for the repair. Didn't make any sense as I purchased the soundbar 6 days ago. The soundbar is last year's model, 2022 which is not a problem provided that it works. The manufacturer warranty on this product is for 1 year. The soundbar that I purchased was purchased as new but this was anything but new. It had to be a soundbar sold in August 2022 and returned as not working. Samsung repackaged a broken soundbar and sold it again as new through Best Buy. Best Buy sent out a Geek Squad Tech and he confirmed that the unit is defective. I'm now working through Best Buy to get this unit replaced. Had Samsung updated the warranty on the unit to a year from now I would never have been to the wise that this was broken old defective merchandise. This is not Best Buy fault, it is the manufacturer Samsung.

My toddler pressed in a Button and geeksquad came out to fix it. Best protection guaranteed:)

I BOUGHT THIS SOUND BAR AS AN OPEN BOX ITEM. I GOT THE WARRANTY AND STILL SAVED A BUNDLE

Great while it lasted. Under five years of daily use. With little to no high volume and base, and it’s already given out. Five stars for performance. Zero stars for only lasting four and half years before throwing out.

The speaker is great. I purchased an open box item that was advertised as “Excellent condition.” I received the item and it was missing the remote control and wheels. Excellent condition was described as having all accessories included with the purchase of the item. I went to the San Bernardino, CA store. The supervisor/manager said he couldn’t do anything. He said that they don’t deal with items purchased online. He could return it, only. Items advertised as “Good condition,” state that accessories could be missing. There was a $140 dollar difference. I was given the run around between the store and their customer service over the phone. The customer service provided was horrible. No one took accountability for the company’s mistake. After being given the run around, I was no longer able to return the speaker. Also, I didn’t want to return it, I enjoy it.

Great for the Price, colorful and rich. You can't beat the price.

Not a product review, this is a review of Best Buy and their customer service. I purchased this item as open box, excellent condition, meaning it would come with all accessories. Nope, arrived without the remote. When I called for support, they said there's nothing they can do. I would have to return the item to the store and hope they have another open box (which they don't within 250 miles) and then hope that open box item has a remote. They committed to include all accessories and now should honor the commitment and send me a replacement remote. They failed and have no concerns over this bait-and-switch and no concerns with not "making it right". Horrible customer service.

Hoping to never need it, but I'm so pleased that they have Geek Squad Protection.

Sounds okay for the money,Nothing great.I bought it for my sim racing rig,If had bought it for movies I would have returned it.No way to adjust the treble or bass only the sub woofer level.
