    Never buy a protection plan from geek squad, I was told 2 different things from the employees. The manager has no people skills.

    Always a great choice to protect you equipment but I do not like the new renewal policy best buy has. What you purchase in the beginning is pretty much what you get. They only now renew on select products.

    Stay with manufacturers warranty.

    Try using it and they had too many constrains. It was was easier to use the manufacturer warranty.

    Best Buy charging a lot of money for this service. And all it was worth to us was about 1.99 dollars. We had terrible service. So we canceled the service.

    I did not accept this coverage so not sure why it says I purchased it. I don’t see on my receipt so if I look at my credit card I will seek reimbursement

    The item I bought this for came damaged beyond repair, returning the sound bar so no need to utilize this plan.

    If there’s no start I would pick that. They trick you into paying for this and when you have a problem they can’t even fix your problem
