I always get the extra coverage, it pays for itself. Anytime you need to call in bring something in you stayed all kinds of extra fees and get all the help you need no matter what. No matter what I buy I always get Geek Squad, then if I can extend Geek Squad service I will do it in a minute. Definitely the way to go.

This is an excellent protection service offered by BestBuy & highly recommend getting it for the products you buy from them when applicable. It definitely helps provide a "Piece of Mind" to you for the goods you get knowing that if something goes wrong, it will help you out greatly.

Superior service is what we get from Geek Squad! The representative who delivered and hooked up our new 65” tv was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and friendly! He set up the sound bar and configured the remotes. Definitely worth the cost for the future coverage,too.

For $69, you simply cannot ignore this 4-year protection plan. In reality, I really doubt I’ll ever need it for my ‘open box’ LG Sound Bar SC9S, but you just never know.

I’ve bought warranties from other companies that don’t do anything and if you are lucky enough to get them to do something you have to jump through a million hoops and it’s not worth it, BUT NOT with the geek squad. I’ve had entire appliances replaced, parts replaced and never any unwanted questions ever asked just awesome customer service and repairs hadled in a timely and professional manner!!

Can’t go wrote adding the Geek Squad Protection Plan on your Best Buy purchases. Aside from that piece of mind it provides, their customer service is top notch. Very knowledgeable and always willing to make sure you’re satisfied with the job they’ve done if not they’ll happily replace your product if it cannot be repaired

if your'e going to make a purchase in the range of 200 - 3000 I would highly recommend getting full geek squad protection. The one benefit you gets if something happens to your item you don't have to worry about mailing it in to the manufacturer yourself but you can just take it to best buy and let them deal with it

Geek squad is the only insurance from a big box store i trust o not mess with me, treat me fair and do what they can. When my product had a problem they quickly looked at it, and even after my 4 years as almost up they reimbursed me for the time remaining and helped me find a suitable replacement!

Would not purchase anything without it. But of course i hope i never have to use it! But it's nice to know my back is covered.

I like having pieces of mind on the electronics that but in having said that sometimes it's hard to get anything then because Being disabled in homebound best buy i'm sorry but does it worry about the disabled all that much. But I still like this store

Did not get to use, the item I purchased this for I ended up returning. But I would highly recommend anyone to purchase Geek Squad for their electronics purchase to keep an extra piece of mind. Covers everything even after the manufactures warranty ends, which is always very nice to have. Buy it, you won't regret it.
