Overall a great buy. I had looked at LG sound bars to match the TV but in terms of bang for the buck, the Vizio surpassed all the others. Leaps and bounds above the built in speakers.

First of all the cost for the protection on such a high dollar item is more than fair, and I do not usually buy extended warranties. But secondly, if your 55 inch TV goes out do you really want to have to box and ship it for repair, or have a guy come to your house and fix, or REPLACE it, no questions asked? As I said, NO BRAINER.

My tv was mounted and connected to all my devices so easily with the professionals from the geek squad

The Polk sound bar and wireless subwoofer, is so loud and crisp, i am hard of hearing, now i do not need closed captions on any more. Definitely get the warranty, i all ways do when i buy a new big electric.

I am a firm believer in purchasing a protection plan or warranty on anything i pay a certain price for. With that being said if Best Buy offer it you should invest in it, even if its one year. You will regret it if you spent a nice amount on an item & you don't have coverage. Always cover your electronics & appliances.

I got this because the one broken needed repaired or replaced. Without the warranty it was more expensive to repair. When I bought the replacement for it the I got the warranty.

I was given a Vizio 4k tv a few years ago. Shortly after I moved, two of the ports stopped working. I tried to get it repaired and no bueno. I bought a new TV and got this service. When a pixel went dead, they immediately replaced the display. GET IT. Sleep easy! AMAZING!

I try and purchase geek squads extended warranty on all of my major purchases because its important to me and the value for peace of mind cant be beat they stand behind the product and have never let me down thank you best buy for protecting my purchases

Seems like a waste if you never get to use it but when you need the protection and have it, your grateful and saving lots of dollars.

I've only had to use the geek squad once,shrimp iPad went down....they couldn't fix it...so they mailed me a replacement

I have utilized the geek squad products before and found them to be most cost effective, if needed. It is kind of like insurance, great if you need it but second guess if you don't. However, I have not purchased in the past many yeas ago an ended up replacing the product so it felt like I had paid twice as much, won't make that mistake again.

The geek squad is always a pleasure to have on your side and they truly do help you with everything that you may need help with and not just that but they seem like they want to help you because it’s their passion not just a 9 to 5 job so excellent service as always

Buy the satellite speakers and place them 90 degrees behind you and angle them down for a great experience!!
