In this instance I had a defective sound bar. When I went to take it back in due to not working they didn't just replace my bar with a new one they tried to return it and make me by the bar again. I got it sorted out with the manager but make sure they do it right.

I am not savvy with new technologies of any sort. Geek Squad gives me a "warm and fuzzy feeling!'

I got this for my protronics ear set just in case. I hope to never use it but makes me feel better that i have it.

Haven't had a chance to use the protection just yet, as I just bought it, but I have heard good things about the Geek Squad warranties and such, so the extra piece of mind seemed worth it.

Realize there are pro/con's to warranty purchases, However, over the years it has been a good return on our investments in computers and entertainment devices we have purchased.

The Geek Squad Protection plans are a good investment so you have a peace of mind and if something breaks you are covered.

Knowing that I can blast my sound bar and not worry about a speaker going-out really makes my day. It's all covered! Whooo!

A must have for any electronical purchase. I purchased this as a protection plan for my polk audio sound bar.

Always get your service plan. I can't tell you how many times I have used them. Stuff is always helpful friendly and polite.
