I most definitely recommend having geek squad on any electronic purchase. I purchased a computer and it broke and Geek squad replaced it. Will purchase this for all my devices.

I really like that all I had to do was drop my computer off and best buy when I broke the screen on my laptop, but it takes 2 weeks. So I had to be without a computer for 2 weeks which is really hard when you do a tech job :(

I can be worry free that if anything happens to my computer geek squad will fix it and I can also be sure that my computer is setup correctly if I let geek squad set it up for me.

They identified the issue with my tv and were extremely nice. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Did not feel they were rushing through or anything - very thorough.

Needed some minor adjustments when I first bought computer before I had time to get familiar with it. Geek Squad competent and quickly accomplished what I wanted remotely.

I have yet to use it for my laptop but on other products that I had in the past I loved having the warrant for it cuz if they can’t fix it they just replace it for you

I lost a key on my laptop, brought to best buy for repair also said it was running slow so they had it about a wk put brand new hard drive and fixed key no charge

I've used the warranty in the past, which paid for a camera which was accidently smashed. No questions asked, it was replaced. Don't fear this warranty, it had no loopholes.

I got a visual on my brand new lab top which I wanted to take it back But could do it ...luckily the geeks really took care of it....and now it s working like a new Thamks

Can be a little spendy depending on price of product purchasing. But when you need repairs it is nice to have the piece of mind that you can get repairs or replacement quickly.

Unfortunately viruses have already invaded my daughter's computer and the Geek Squad had her computer fixed and back to her in no time. Thanks. Well worth the money!

Have used this in the past. 2-yr subscription added with the purchase of my new laptop. Very satisfied. Would not buy any electronic device without geek squad protection.
