    My laptop kept turning off and I thought it was a battery issue. I immediately called geek squad took my laptap to my local best buy to service it. Turns out it was not the battery. The motherboard was bad. They replaced it. The service was great from beginning to end. I highly recommend.

    I got this protection plan for my 13 year old's laptop. After about 9 month the screen stopped working and I brought it to the store to be fixed. After a few days we got a call saying to come get it, once there we realized it was still not working properly. The store manager helped me pick out a new laptop as that model was not available. We ended up with a nicer one in exchange. this protection plan was well worth the money!

    when i got my laptop i knew that having a warranty would be good insurance due to the fact that i have two kids , and i was right , they dropped my laptop twice . I could have paid for another laptop for the repair cost was. So if you are on the fence , GET IT . The peace of mind it gives you is worth it .
