Surprised by level of service
I will never buy a computer again without investing in this service. The online service I received from the Geeks made an otherwise catastrophic problem completely painless and was fixed during the night while I was sleeping. A+++
Quick Quick Quick. On the spot fast, easy to understand even for those of us in our older years who are typically technically challenged. Walked me right through exactly what to do, what to look for, what I would see next. So easy and it was repaired perfect. Was back up and running smooth in lightening time.
Always smile at name GEEK ...but kinda makes me think of a Hermit type person. Which is not the case in my experience...they were Energetic and Understanding. Taking as much time and effort to ensur my comfort level of instructions. They should be deemed Geniuses...but Apple kinda coined that Title. A few fun acronym possibilities for our BBG’s (Best Buy Geeks)

Sincerely hope you never need to tap into this purchase but think about it now. What if you do need them later?? Add this protection and IF that day comes...I have absolutely no doubt that you will be so thankful you added this “just in case” Support & Protection plan.
I don't normally buy warranties but this time I did at my partner's insistence and it worked to my benefit. I also bought a new HP notebook that had a bad drive. I took it back, got a new HP laptop, different model, that I thought would be perfect. It had very little use but a few months later it wouldn't turn on. I took it in and it was determined it needed new motherboard and memory! Jeez. It was sent back to the factory, repaired and returned to me in working order once again. No charge for repairs, shipping, etc. I have the laptop back but I'm having questions about the brand HP.
