This is a must for me. I have to have Geek Squad protection on everything. Sometimes I don't need it but when I do I love that they are there. Peace of Mind!!

I BELIEVE GEEK SQUAD SERVICE IS THE BEST. IT IS REALLY AN INSURANCE POLICY WHICH I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO USE. BEST BUY AND GEEK SQUAD ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Paid for this and it covers 3 of my computers. Anytime we have an issue with computers, we just walk in store and computers are repaired at no charge! Highly recommend.

My experience with the individuals have been good. Eventually I am able to get my problem resolved although it may take several tries. Best if you go in a talk in person. Difficult explaining or troubleshoot over the phone

I bought this just because I have never bought a lenovo before but I also know the geek squad does great work. So just in case in the first year I have a back up plan.

I have not needed to use geek squad for the new computer but they sure did help me with the old one every time I called them they fixed the issue. Well worth the price

Bought for laptop and needing to use sitting 2 months. so lucky to have purchase this . My grandaughter definitely is hard with lap tops so wise purchase to have made.

Someone was running a scam and got into my computer telling me they were Microsoft. Too lap top into Best Buy and they straightened it out very quickly

My computer screen was defective and geeksqad gave me brand new one with all my programs restored. I am so glad I had the two year protection on my laptop

Other than needing an appointment it sure is a nice comfort. But it's a might pricey if you don't use it even though it pays for itself if you use it once.

I really like the option to add accidental. I didn't on my last laptop and I shattered the screen. I will never go without accidental again as long as I have young kids!!

Peace of mind protection for 3 years! Thankfully I have not had to use the Geek Squad yet because my Lenovo is working beautifully! Nice to know I have it if needed.
