    Warrenty is well worth it. Had a issue with my tv. I called and they helped me with the issue over the phone

    When replacement parts are needed that are included in the protection plan. You must order yourself and send them all necessary information to receive a reimbursement. Very convoluted process for a simple fix. Needs optimizing.
