Geek squad TV warranty sucks!

A 4 day wait for a service call

65 inch tv broke and I get no replacement

Will not purchase from them again

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought Sharp 4K TV in Jun 2015. TV has been working great, and no issues at all. Then I started to have some issues in Dec, 2017. I thought I had a service plan so I checked my plan. Yes, I bought 2 year plan. It is expired a few months ago. When you think about it, if you have problem with your TV in just 2 years, you did not buy a quality product. TV is working OK, but I have issue once every two weeks. I feel that I wasted my money on this plan. TV should have gotten broken before expiration day, so I could get a new one to replace this one. Or it would be great if the service plan kicks in after 6 months or 9 months of usage. Oh well.

Worst store and worst experience DO NOT BUY COVERA

Ended up cancelling my plan

I bought a a TV for $599 and $70 for 2 year protection plan seemed pretty reasonable but it starts right away meaning you're essentially paying for 1 year because it's cuts into your manufacturers warranty.
