The protection plan on TVs is bull! You do not replace broken screens and it does not cover accidental damage! There’s no point in the warranty!

A 4 day wait for a service call is very poor service in my opinion. For a family with one TV that essentially turns off entertainment for 4 days. Why buy a Geek Squad service contract for poor service.

Don’t get this plan , only way you get the warranty if your tv breaks on its own and not when anything else happens to it . Basically No point of getting a warranty

I purchased the protection plan, the agent new that I was about 100 miles away and did not explain to me that if that had to come out and look at it there would be a charge just for them to come out. Will not purchase from them again

I have never used it. I hope it's dose up to the quality they say, to and keep my television showing the way I wanted to show. I hope I don't have any problems out of them

There is always an issue whenever you need to use your warranty. Don't purchase geek squad

From my experience they taking very long to assist you and to service you. There is a fee on things and because it’s free obviously they don’t do certain things

Requested tv service instead said i would recieve a gift card that i still have not recieved

Just get your TV and hope it doesnt go bad , this type insurance is not worth have them just waste of your money

This is a fake warranty. When I bought 65inch tv , if something happened to it they promised to replace or repair. When my tv screen damaged and called them, they told me not to coverl

They do nothing. I didn’t know I had it as I’d call and they would look up my account and not even tell me about the warranty. Shows the type of geeks they are

Bought a 5 year warranty but apparently they don't let you use it till the one year manufacturer warranty falls off, so your paying for 5 years but your really getting 4 it's a rip off

Called for repair service and was told they would not be able to help me.

Broke after a month! Told me to bring into store? 75 inch that had to be delivered and mounted on the wall!! Not happy!

I bought Sharp 4K TV in Jun 2015. TV has been working great, and no issues at all. Then I started to have some issues in Dec, 2017. I thought I had a service plan so I checked my plan. Yes, I bought 2 year plan. It is expired a few months ago. When you think about it, if you have problem with your TV in just 2 years, you did not buy a quality product. TV is working OK, but I have issue once every two weeks. I feel that I wasted my money on this plan. TV should have gotten broken before expiration day, so I could get a new one to replace this one. Or it would be great if the service plan kicks in after 6 months or 9 months of usage. Oh well.

I didn't cancel this plan I walked into the store and asked for my TV to be checked repaired or replaced and was met with some extremely bad customer service from the manager he proceeded to cancel my protection service with out any consent or even explanation he said " we are refunding you money right now sir "

It just didn't seem worth it. I bought a a TV for $599 and $70 for 2 year protection plan seemed pretty reasonable but it starts right away meaning you're essentially paying for 1 year because it's cuts into your manufacturers warranty.
