    Waste of my money. Im wheelchair bound and purchased this thinking if anything happened to my tv it would be easy to have fixed or replaced. No such luck.

    This is a total scam. You get told when buying the TV that you're paying for accidental damage protection. Then they steal your money and say the TV isn't covered. I'm getting even.

    I should not buy this. 'Cause an Item was so cheap and Service plan is 1/3 price of the item. If something happens I can buy new one.

    Contacted geek squad for service on my television after I had horizontal black lines appearing only for them to say they cannot do anything about it. Total waste of money purchasing that "protection".

    I have yet to use the geek squad and have them repair something in a good amount of time or even use it at all. I would suggest not purchasing.

    The Tv mounting went smoothly. As for as all the rest of the services they "provide" two thumbs down

    I was told this was going to cover accidents, spills, and everything in between. TV got broke and now they say it does not cover accidents. I have 4 children why would buy a protection plan that doesn't cover accidents.

    Don’t buy this crap covers stuff that’ll never occur. If your screen gets broken on a TV they will not fix and/or replace it. Just a waste of money thanks Best Buy for nothing.
