    Had to call geek squad twice and he replace the issue in no time. I think both times he was there was less than 30 minutes.

    Best Buy is batting 0-1 with me. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a TV repair at my house. I took the day off work with no compensation for the appointment. So today, 13, June 2025 on the day of my appointment, Best Buy canceled my appointment without explanation and wants to reschedule. Absolutely terrible experience. Because my TV is larger than 42” I cannot take it to the store. For geek squad to look at. Again, absolutely terrible experience and customer service with Best Buy. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ll also be talking with family and friends about this, and I’m 100% they will never shop at Best Buy again either.

    Haven't had to use it but glad I have it. I had a TV blow out from an electrical storm and had no insurance.
