I haven't had to use this yet and hope to never need it, but it is reassuring to know that I have it.

Not sure how to write a review for this but the cost was great... so worth buying the protection plan

I had a problem with my tv and they immediately send somebody out and problem was fixed withen a week

Great deal no worry's for two years just walk it in and drop it off

When you purchase a TV for over a grand, just get the plan. Not worth the headache in case something goes wrong.

geek squad temecula has helped me on a number of occasions and explains it so i can understand

Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

Have not had to use this yet, just hope its worth the money.

Bought this for my 65” Samsung tv. Hopefully won’t have to use it but great to have just in case

They are always ready to help. You do need to make an appointment but it is worth the security

Very important to get this agreement just in case something goes wrong I will get a bread new tv

If you buy an expensive item and don't protect it with Geek Squad protection plan - you're an idiot :)

Best Buy has the best protection plan, they always do what they promise .
