    Geek Squad warranty is always worth it

    I can't even count how many times over the years the Geek Squad warranty has saved me and I usually come out ahead

    Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

    Truly feel with this type of high tech, multi component TV the max warranty is needed to make sure you are covered.
