I bought a JBL PartyBox 110 from Best Buy in Daytona Beach with a 4-year Geek Squad Protection Plan. The speaker stopped charging, and the LEDs on one side went out. Should’ve been an easy warranty claim—but it turned into a complete mess. First I was told to bring it into the store. Then I was told to ship it out. I spent over 2 hours on the phone, got transferred and hung up on, and was finally told by a manager they’d likely replace it if I went back in. I did—twice—and still got nothing but a runaround. On top of that, I had to pay out of pocket to ship it using a label they gave me. And after all that? They just sent the same broken speaker right back to me. No repair. No replacement. Nothing. I’ve wasted hours of my time, money, and fuel—and they’ve done absolutely nothing to honor the plan I paid for. Total joke. I’ll never buy another Geek Squad warranty again.

I purchased my 65 inch Sony TV, soundbar, with wireless Subwoofer and other small components and figured it would be safe to purchase the Geek Squad Protection deal but have not used it as of yet.

Best Buy's Geel Squad protection plans are amongst the best in terms of reliability, fast repairs, and coverage. Although the price may not be as cheap as the others, but in turn, you don't have to deal with all the hassles that come with cheaper protection plans.

I feel the price of this protection plan is a good value for the money. In the past, BB extended protection has resolved my issues quickly and fairly.

Less than $4 a year, its a no brainer to cover your product and Best Buy usually doesn't give much os a hassle to fix or replace the damaged product.

Always a gamble when deciding if purchases need protection. In my experience these protections hv paid for themselves more often than not.

I have the utmost confidence in Best Buy and Geek Squad. Have had issues in the past with faulty products and they always take care of any issues.

Great central unit. Lots of power and plenty of extra features. Somewhat difficult to find the settings or options you would want to use. But I would recommend it.
