This is a no-brainer if you're getting an open-box or even a new item. Much peace of mind for such a low price.

We took the four year plan because we are not up to date on technology. This will give us the help we need when we need it.

You should consider this for your more expensive items. I had a printer that was giving me issues and I just brought it in and they replaced with no problems.
