Great protection and security for any device definitely recommend

Took 6 month old Home Theatre into repair at the local Best Buy where it was purchased. Purchased 4 year protection plan at time of purchase. Was told service would take two to four weeks to complete. After 10 days I checked on line and saw my item was checked in but saw nothing else. I called the 800 number to check on progress, to my dismay found out my items was still at the local Best Buy and had not been shipped to the service center. I went to the local Best Buy and asked for the Geek Squad Manager. He confirmed that the item was still at the store and could not give me a date it would ship. He said items needed to be bundled and had to wait for more items before mine would be shipped. He said I should expect 2 to 3 months for my item to be repaired. He said that was the best he could do. Probably as bad a customer experience I have received in quite a while. The actual warranty service is far inferior to what I thought I purchased

I couldnt imagine what i would do if i didnt get the protection plan. I have broken drop. But i cant tell you how amazing it is to know that i added the protection

BB gave me a great deal on the protection, but I hope I don't have to use it.

You just never know. All brands can have a dud, electronics are expensive.
