Got nothing from them. Just that they will ignore you if you do not have a plan or something with them, rather will not give any help efforts.

Better than nothing. Hire the geek squad if you dont know what to do.

I got this warranty for a great price for 5 years.

Bought this service for a “just in case scenario”. I mean when shelling out the big bucks for an LG OLED might as well spend the extra $300 for the protection plan to have that peace of mind. Haven’t had to use it yet, but hopefully if I have to it’s worth every penny and lives up to its rep.

Been helping wit all my needs and wants and been giving my TVs

as we all know any yhing can happen so i bought a peice of mind plus there help in any way helps.....

They don't seem very knowlegable to me. I had a TV under warranty & they tried to give me the "run around" to replace my TV. I had a very hard time getting them to honor my warranty.

For the cost, this is real value. No better piece of mind!

Do not buy it! Again DO NOT BUY it. This is probably my last purchase on BestBuy. I will go spend my money somewhere else. I spent over $6000 in a week. I bought 4 LG TVs for my restaurant. Remodeling was not finished on the date as we planned. So I didn't even open the boxes for 2 weeks, because my dining room was not ready for the TVs. One of the Tvs came out of the box with a cracked screen! The other 3 are just fine! I called local BestBuy, they said they can't help because it's been over 2 weeks since I bought it. They asked me to call LG customer service. I called LG customer service, they won't fix the TV because it is an external issue, it is not an internal issue. Geek Squad won't fix it. LG customer service won't fix it. I have a broken TV with all the extra warranties and no one would like to help because I didn't get to open the TV box for 2 weeks. Terrible customer service so far on both sides. LG and BestBuy as well. I should have ordered the TVs from somewhere else. If no one helps me out, I know where to take my business next time.
