This was a purchase related to a high dollar product.

Purchased this in case as an extra warranty for tv.

I have used my Geek Squad protection plan once and they responded quickly.

There isn't much to review...this is an insurance policy on the item that I bought.

Always very helpful just need more employees in this area. Always very busy

I bought a open box-good tv woth the 5year geek squad plan. Tv never worked, geek squad tried fixing but because i bought an open box they only spend as much as you spent on the tv to fix so they couldnt fix it and just gave me my money back. Took 3 days off of work for the repairs and shouldve just retuened it to begin with.

I have never had an issue with using the protection plans here at Best Buy
